In what can only be described as a major positive development for Delaware County in general and the city of Chester in particular, on Jan. 21, the sale of Crozer-Chester Medical Center (CCMC) was finalized.
Chariot Equities, in partnership with Allaire Health Servies, purchased the 65-acre Upland-based campus for $10 million and the new owners plan to find a “mission-aligned health system” and have hospital and emergency services up and running within two years.
