UPPER CHICHESTER, PA — Two New York residents were arrested Jan. 27 after police say they attempted to cash a fraudulent check at a local bank.
Sergeant Jason Yaletchko responded to a report of an attempted theft in progress at the S&T Bank located at 3915 Chichester Avenue at approximately 4:01 p.m.
A female, later identified as Elba Diaz, of New York, was attempting to cash a fraudulent check, police said…
