A tractor trailer driver who was accused of causing a fatal crash on the New Jersey Turnpike and then laughing as he drove off was sentenced to six years in prison on Friday.
Joseph M. Nyandwaro, 41, of Pearland, Texas, pleaded guilty to second-degree reckless vehicular homicide in December.
