Dispute over snow shoveling leads to assault, standoff with police in Bear

A dispute over snow shoveling turned into an assault and an hours-long standoff with police in a Bear neighborhood this week.

The incident began Wednesday in the 200 block of White Plains Court in the Concord Trace Townhouses community.
