Indoor Golf and Dining Destination Coming to Wilmington Riverfront
A new indoor golf and dining concept is preparing to open along the Riverfront this spring, The concept is led by co-owners and operators Rick Knight and Matt Piecara, who are leasing the space from Buccini Pollin Group. The project introduces an experience-driven destination that blends recreation, food, and social gathering in a single, weather-proof space designed for year-round use.
Located in the same building as Penn Cinema Riverfront IMAX, The Clubhouse of Delaware is designed to complement one of the Riverfront’s most popular entertainment anchors. The shared location allows visitors to combine multiple activities in one outing, creating an easy option for evenings that include dining, golf, and a movie without traveling between venues.

The system is designed to mirror how a real green behaves, adding realism rarely found in indoor golf environments…
