A Newark woman is accused of assaulting two state troopers who were arresting her on a theft charge.
The incident began at 6 p.m. Feb. 6 when a woman stole a victim’s cell phone from a kiosk inside the Christiana Mall, according to Delaware State Police. The victim electronically tracked the phone to a shopping center in the 1100 block of Pulaski Highway in Bear.
