The call came in around 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 10, 2025, for the report of a car carrier that ran off of northbound Route 301 and came to rest in a retention pond behind MOT Charter High School.
The report activated hazardous materials and special operations teams from both New Castle and Kent counties.
