Montoursville, Pa. — A man was arraigned on first-degree attempted homicide charges after allegedly taking a woman hostage and shooting her last night in Montoursville.
Johnnie A. Drummond, 43, of Norwood, Pa. appeared before Judge William C. Solomon in Old Lycoming Township this afternoon. Police apprehended him on Jordan Avenue around 2 a.m. after Drummond allegedly held his victim at gunpoint for several hours in her apartment.
At the hearing, Drummond told officials, “I just want to get through these proceedings” and that he had “nothing to say.”…
