Central Pa. standoff ends with woman shot, suspect facing attempted murder charges

MONTOURSVILLE — A former Lycoming County resident is jailed without bail, accused of critically wounding a woman during a nearly five-hour standoff with police.

Johnnie A. Drummond, 43, of Norwood, Delaware County, was arraigned Wednesday on charges that include three counts of attempted first-degree murder.
