Case of Delaware County girl charged in gunshot death of Abington boy moved to juvenile court

NORRISTOWN — A 15-year-old Delaware County girl accused in the fatal shooting of a friend, a 17-year-old boy, while she visited his Abington Township apartment, saw her case transferred to juvenile court and will face time in a juvenile treatment and rehabilitation facility.

Precious C. Hamilton, of the 200 block of Lexington Avenue, Eddystone, appeared in a Montgomery County courtroom on Thursday, where she was decertified to juvenile court and under a limited agreement promised to admit during a future juvenile court hearing to misdemeanor charges of involuntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm.
