ELKTON — James Holton had been trying to contact Superior Plus to fill his propane tank since December, but his phone calls and emails went unanswered, leaving the Elkton resident worried that he would lose heating during the recent stretch of frigid weather.
“We bought every electric heater we could find and kept trying to reach customer support,” Holton said.
