A 50-year-old Delaware County man has been arrested in Schuylkill County for allegedly failing to comply with Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law reporting requirements.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Schuylkill Haven, troopers initiated an investigation on February 16, 2026, into the compliance status of registered sex offender Louis Gibson, 50, of Yeadon.
