WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Health Department cited four food establishments as out of compliance during inspections conducted February 17, identifying violations related to food handling, sanitation, plumbing and equipment.
The inspections included facilities in Kimberton, Spring City, Coatesville and West Chester. Health officials note that inspections represent conditions observed at the time of the visit and may not reflect a facility’s long-term status.
