Delaware, I-95 Corridor Could See Snow Late Sunday as Storm Track Remains Key

Wilmington, Delaware — After a stretch of early spring-like weather, winter may make a quick comeback across the First State and the Interstate 95 corridor late this weekend.

Temperatures have hovered in the mid-40s to low 50s this week, with periods of rain and even a sunny 50-degree day expected Saturday. But forecasters say a developing storm system could bring colder air and the potential for accumulating snow Sunday night into Monday.

According to projections from AccuWeather, a storm currently tracking from British Columbia will move through California, the Rockies and the Midwest before approaching the Mid-Atlantic this weekend.
