Wilmington, Delaware – Drivers across northern Delaware have hours to prepare before up to 17 inches of snow begins falling by 10 a.m. Sunday, threatening to cripple travel through the Monday evening commute.
According to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, a Winter Storm Warning remains in effect for New Castle County from 10 a.m. Sunday until 6 p.m. Monday.
