Owner Tamlyn Ancone’s long-held dream of running a bookstore came to life after she and her husband moved closer to his hometown of Unionville. When the location at 121 West State Street became available, she knew she had to jump on it.
Its name, Forage, is exactly what Ancone hopes customers will do when they come to the shop: explore, search, and browse around for new reads and goodies. It also ties into the agricultural background of Kennett Square, widely known for mushrooms…
