The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is investigating a hazardous material leak into Goose Creek in West Goshen and West Chester.
Officials say a “milky white substance” from a nearby industrial site leaked into the waterway on Saturday. There have been reports of fish kills and visible pollution along the stream.
