The Pennsylvania State Police have apprehended a 26-year-old Glenmoore man after, officials claim, he indecently assaulted an 11-year-old girl at a Walmart in Chester County on Monday, March 2, 2026.
According to police, officers arrested Joseph Gerard Bouffard, 26, of Glenmoore, on allegations that he indecently assaulted an 11-year-old girl at a Walmart store in West Sadsbury Township.
