Some community activists in Delaware are pleading with state and transportation leaders to reopen a SEPTA office and ticket window at the Wilmington train station.
They say that the closure has unfairly affected lower income residents but DelDOT and SEPTA argue that it costs a lot to run the office while not enough customers were using it.
