PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — An ambulance driver is charged with driving under the influence after a crash in Frankford Sunday morning killed a one-month-old baby girl.
Philadelphia police said the crash happened around 5:15 a.m. at the intersection of Torresdale and Harbison avenues.
Investigators said a privately operated ambulance, carrying the infant and her mother, was speeding south on Torresdale Avenue when it ran a red light at Harbison Avenue and struck the driver’s side of a 2010 Honda Accord…
