DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The Pennsylvania State Police announced road closure and traffic information for the funeral services of Corporal Timothy J. O’Connor Jr., who will be laid to rest next week.
O’Connor lost his life in the line of duty on Sunday, March 8.
The following roads will be closed starting at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, for an escort procession to St. Joseph Parish, located at 338 Manor Ave., where funeral services will be held: North Church St. at West Biddle St., West Chester Borough, and Manor Ave. at St. Joseph Parish, Downingtown Borough…
