At 9:14 a.m., officers pulled over a vehicle near the Black Horse Pike when they discovered the driver, Tyrie Person, had active warrants for his arrest, Gloucester Township police said.
During the stop, Person was informed that he had active warrants for his arrest, police said. Person became agitated, refused to exit the vehicle, and made threats of violence toward the officers, police said.
