The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office of Public Integrity and Accountability (OPIA) released mobile video recorder and surveillance footage on Tuesday, March 17, related to the Sunday, Nov. 9 crash caused by 24-year-old George Linard, as previously reported by Daily Voice.
The victim was previously identified as Jose Martinez, a 42-year-old Lindenwold resident.
Linard presented a phony United Kingdom driver’s license under the name “Steve Hall,” the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office said. Authorities later determined that “Steve Hall,” described as a 28-year-old British man, was not his true identity.
