Less than 12 hours after the National Weather Service issued several tornado warnings for parts of Maryland and Delaware, the agency said it was sending out teams to survey damage from the storms.
NWS issued the first warning just before 10:30 p.m. MArch 16 as a line of strong storms blew threw the area.
