ELKTON — A man is facing eight criminal charges after he allegedly fired several gunshots in an Elkton McDonald’s parking lot, with one of those bullets shattering a restaurant window and coming to rest inside the dining room, according to Cecil County District Court records.
Elkton Police Department investigators arrested the suspect — Kenneth Soule Knox, Jr., 43, of Middletown, Del. — on Wednesday at the conclusion of a 13-day investigation, which included detectives interviewing an eyewitness and recovering physical evidence, police reported.
