A Colorado driver charged in a wrong-way collision on a New Jersey highway and causing a crash that killed four teenagers is now facing a 15‑count indictment, court records show.
Christopher Neff, 41, of Westminster, was indicted on charges including aggravated manslaughter and death by auto for the crash on the New Jersey Turnpike last year.
