A Delaware County man working as an immigrations officer pleaded guilty to charges that accused him of asking people for money in exchange for promises he would make to help them with their green cards, documentation or visas, officials said.
Amara Dukuly, 44, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, to aiding and abetting the bribery of a pubic official in exchange for an official act.
