Man rescued after suffering seizure atop scaffolding at Newark church

A man suffered a seizure while working atop scaffolding at a Newark-area church Wednesday, necessitating a rescue by specially trained first responders.

The incident happened at approximately 1:45 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 500 W. Chestnut Hill Road, according to an Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder Company spokesperson.
