CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Multiple food safety violations were identified at two Chester County establishments during March 25 inspections, including improper food temperatures and sanitation issues, according to the Chester County Health Department.
At Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in the 1000 block of East Lancaster Avenue in Downingtown, inspectors reported that a refrigeration unit was not maintaining required temperatures of 41°F or below for time/temperature controlled for safety foods.
