WILMINGTON, DE — A woman is facing felony charges after police said an investigation into a cutting incident led to her arrest days later.
According to Wilmington Police, officers responded March 20 at approximately 1:46 a.m. to Wilmington Hospital, where a 24-year-old female victim was located with multiple cut wounds. Police said the victim was in stable condition.
