WILMINGTON, DE — A Delaware man is facing multiple felony charges after police said he allegedly committed two separate firearm-related road rage incidents on Route 1.
According to Delaware State Police, the first incident occurred February 6 at approximately 3:00 p.m. near Wrangle Hill Road in New Castle.
