WILMINGTON, DE — A 17-year-old male juvenile is facing multiple firearm-related charges following a reported shots fired incident Wednesday morning in Wilmington.
According to Wilmington Police, officers responded at approximately 11:05 a.m. on March 25 to the 1600 block of West 6th Street for reports of gunfire. Officers reported observing two male juveniles fleeing the area into the 500 block of North Scott Street.
Police said officers attempted to make contact with the juveniles, at which point one fled on foot. A short time later, the 17-year-old male juvenile was taken into custody without further incident. Officers reported recovering a loaded 9mm handgun…
