New Castle County Police, Delaware State troopers, and the state’s medical examiner’s office are continuing investigations into a pair of incidents last Sunday involving the discovery of human remains.
A possible human skull, along with an additional unidentified bone, were found along the south branch of Naamans Creek at Highland Woods.
