NEWARK, DE — Three Newark residents are facing multiple felony charges after a reported robbery and assault in a park Wednesday morning, authorities said.
According to the New Castle County Division of Police, officers responded at approximately 11:46 a.m. April 1, 2026, to the 100 block of Flamingo Drive in the Sparrow Run community for a report of a robbery that had just occurred in a park area.
Investigators said a victim was approached by 21-year-old Terrance Summers, who allegedly attempted to initiate a physical altercation.
