Oxford man convicted of stalking, harassment

OXFORD, PA — A 28-year-old Oxford man was convicted of stalking and harassment on March 13 following a jury trial.

John V. Kearney was found guilty of eleven counts of stalking and related charges before Judge Allison Bell Royer.
