Traffic Crackdown Nets Dozens of Violations in Oxford

OXFORD, PA — Targeted traffic enforcement patrols across Oxford Borough led to dozens of citations and warnings, along with a criminal arrest, police said.

According to Oxford Borough Police, officers conducted approximately 15 hours of directed patrols on March 23, March 25, and March 28 in areas identified for increased traffic concerns.

Police reported that enforcement efforts focused on violations including speeding in school zones, stop sign violations, one-way violations, and equipment-related offenses. Officers also conducted license plate checks for registration and insurance compliance, scanning more than 1,900 plates…
