Parents allegedly abandoned infant at crime scene after stealing copper wire

UPPER CHICHESTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WKRC) – A mother and father allegedly abandoned their infant in a car that was left at a crime scene, with the child only being discovered after the vehicle was towed by police.

Officers responded to a report of “two suspicious vehicles tampering with cable wires” at 2:19 a.m. on March 30, according to a release from the Upper Chichester Township Police Department.
