Pennsylvania State Police want parents and students in Concord Township, Delaware County, to be on alert after a possible child luring incident at a school bus stop.
Investigators said it happened while a teenage girl was waiting for her brother at the bus stop around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday on Sunset View Drive, near Smithbridge Road.
