New Castle County hires vendor for ‘quality control’ examination of 50 commercial properties

New Castle County has entered into an agreement with a real estate services company to conduct a quality control review of several dozen commercial properties.

The review is being conducted in keeping with the Delaware General Assembly’s passage of Senate Bill 228.

The Senate bill also called for the property tax due to move from Sept. 30 to Dec. 31.
