Nearly a dozen people who have been living at Christina Park have been transitioned to other housing, as debate continues over the usage of the city park for unhoused residents.
Mayor John Carney’s Deputy Chief of Staff Stephanie Megler told Wilmington City Council during a Parks & Recreation budget meeting Monday that 11 people have taken advantage of outreach services and now have alternative living arrangements.
