A man followed a woman from New Jersey to Delaware then hid in the back seat of her car while she was inside a hospital, authorities said on Tuesday.
The man, identified as a 22-year-old Piscataway resident, followed the woman to Delaware and secretly recorded her at multiple locations, according to a statement from the Middletown Police Department in Delaware.
