The 2026 Wilmington Flower Market is in full bloom.
Flowers, plants, hanging baskets, herbs and vegetables began flying off the shelves Thursday as the three-day festival got underway at Rockford Park. Some shoppers came intent on getting something specific, while others like Joe pulled the wagon as his wife made her selections.
“The wife always has a good idea of what she wants, and we just kind of float around looking,” Joe said.
