Exit 4 gang member convictions

The Delaware Department of Justice said a pair of members of the so-called Exit 4 gang have been convicted in connection to two murders in Wilmington, including Carrie Mondell, a WSFS executive hit by a stray bullet in the area of 7th and Washington streets.

On May 15, 2026, 19-year old Neiamjha Rollins pled guilty to manslaughter in connection to the death of Latahesia Hill in 2021. He was then sentenced to 15 years in jail as part of a plea to the following charges:

  • Illegal Gang Participation
  • Possession of a Firearm during Commission of a Felony
  • Conspiracy both first and second degree
  • Attempted Robbery
  • Theft of a Motor Vehicle
  • Assault
