New Castle County Police have arrested two Wilmington men following a narcotics and weapons investigation.
Detectives began investigating 49-year-old Burtran Marshall (R) in the fall of 2025 after he was suspected of distributing large quantities of narcotics throughout Delaware, including New Castle County. During the investigation, detectives also linked 36-year-old Dominique Marshall (L) to the case.
On May 1, 2026, detectives executed a search warrant in the 1500 block of North Broom Street in Wilmington, where Burtran Marshall was taken into custody. Investigators said they recovered approximately 230 grams of cocaine, 849 grams of suspected fentanyl, 13 grams of crack cocaine, liquid Xylazine, drug packaging materials, and more than $9,200 in cash…
