SOUTHPORT, N.C. (WECT) – The North Carolina Fourth of July Festival is reviving one of its longtime traditions— the historic Patriot’s Ball.
The historic Patriot’s Ball is part of the celebration leading up to America’s 250th anniversary, organizers said.
The ball was a signature festival event from the 1960s through the 1990s, described as an “elegant waterfront gathering that brought the community together in celebration of patriotism and tradition.”…
