Two women charged after more than $1M in electrical wiring damaged at Wilmington cement plant

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Two women are in custody after more than a million dollars worth of electrical wiring was damaged at a Wilmington cement plant Saturday, June 27.

The incident occurred at CEMEX, located off Highway 421 in Wilmington. The damage caused to the electrical wires was approximately $1,500,000.
