Bolivia, N.C. (WECT) – A program at Brunswick Community College is providing adults with intellectual disabilities access to life skills, workforce training, and socialization — and at least one family moved across state lines to enroll.
The Brunswick Interagency Program, known as BIP, holds national recognition and is one of the first of its kind in the state. The program focuses on lifelong learning and socialization for people with intellectual disabilities.
