A 109-room hotel on Medical Center Drive in Wilmington sold for nearly $13 million this week.
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilmington West-Medical Park at 839 Medical Center Drive changed hands on Monday in a $12.95 million transaction, according to deed records. The buyer, Ideal Hospitality, is a hotel investment, development and management firm based in the Savannah area.
