WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Drivers in Wilmington will experience delays over the next few days as crews install a water line on South Kerr Avenue.
According to the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority (CFPUA), both southbound lanes of South Kerr Avenue will be closed between Market Street and Cinema Drive starting at 7 p.m. on Oct. 2.
CFPUA said signage will be in place for a detour via Cinema Drive, and northbound traffic will not be impacted…
