LELAND, N.C. (WECT) – The Town of Leland is developing plans for a new 32-acre park and updating its long-term recreation goals to keep pace with rapid population growth across northern Brunswick County.
The town’s 10-year Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (PROS) Master Plan will guide recreation priorities, facility investments, and park expansions through 2036. Alongside the broader plan, officials are advancing designs for Loblolly Park, a future site off Long Pine Drive.
